ive made this cake for the dads in my family on fathers day it is very good we also just make the fillin and eat it as if it were ice cream

This was a HUGE hit... however... definitely reccomend adding only a little of the pinnaple ingredient at a time... it was super runny & I fortunately had EXTRA whipped cream... so start with your whipped cream & then add a little pinapple at a time till you get what's still fluffy with lots of flavor!

I have made this over and over again.I often use a white cake box mix. Very easy to make, it is always a big hit and disappears fast.Love it, love it, love it!!!!

I have several diabetic friends and made this for 2 of them and my family. We all woke up the next morning with lower than expected blood sugar readings. Loved it!!!!!!
