Made this cake this past Sunday and it was a hit, everyone liked it and couldn't believe that it was fat free, sugar free, it went in minutes. Just a perfect balance of sweetness. Will make again.

I like to double the pineapple pudding mix and cut the cake in cubes. Then I layer it in parfait glasses. I never have leftovers.

made this for my daughter, who was just found out she as diaabetes. She had a taste for something sweet. It was delicious. She loved it, and it takes a few minutes to put together. My kind of recipe.

I have made this several times. Ocasionally I will add coconut to the lush mixture and layer in bananas and strawberries when we have luau parties. Everyone loves it. Making it for my kids birthdays again this year.

I've made this cake with one change. I used an iced strawberry angel food cake from Wal-Mart. Wen't over great with my pokeno group. Will make it again. Recommeded to my sister for July 4th pool part.
