This is absolutely the best quick recipe I have ever made. This weekend I used 2 sponge cakes and made the dessert with 2 layers each for a large family dinner. I doubled all the ingredients but used 2 layers instead of 3.

This is a delicious cake. A dessert I will be making many times over. This time I made it. I made the filling an just cut the cake and spooned the filling over. That is soooo good.

This cake is sooo good! It is very light so there is always room for a piece. I always make it in the summer for celebrations!

Made this cake this past Sunday and it was a hit, everyone liked it and couldn't believe that it was fat free, sugar free, it went in minutes. Just a perfect balance of sweetness. Will make again.
