I cooked dinner for my friend's birthday and invited some other people over as well. EVERYONE loved them. I added a little extra sour cream in the stuffing and put mushrooms on top. It was delicious.

We knew this recipe was awsome even as we were making it!!! Everyone loved it and all the kids ate it even the ones who normaly are picky eaters and wont eat recipes like this!!! And extremly easy to make!!!

This very easy and great. I use corn tortilla's instead of flour. Just fry tortilla's in tiny bit of oil for a few seconds, fill and roll. Careful hot! But superb taste. Thanks Kraft!

My family really likes this enchilada recipe. Even my young, sometimes picky, little boys eat it right up. Very easy to prepare, too. Definitely a repeat recipe in my house.

This recipe did not have a lot of flavor or texture. It was alright but I don't think I would fix it again.
