What You Need

cups chopped cooked chicken

1-1/4

cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided

1-1/2

cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, divided

Tbsp. chopped cilantro

tsp. ground cumin

flour tortillas (6 inch)

cup shredded lettuce

tomato, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE chicken, 1 cup each sour cream and cheese, 1/4 cup salsa, cilantro and cumin.

SPOON about 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining salsa. Cover.

BAKE 30 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining sour cream.

How to Shred Lettuce

Stack several washed and dried lettuce leaves on top of one another. Roll up the stack of leaves to form a cylinder. Slice the cylinder crosswise at 1/4-to 1/2-inch intervals to form long shreds.

I didn't love the salsa on top, would be better with sour cream. The chicken mixture inside was a little bland, would have to make a few adjustments to make it again.

I thought this was very good. I don't like things very spicy, so this dish suited me well. You would probably want to add some spicy salsa or hot sauce if you like your food with a kick. It wasn't as good reheated, but we will be making this again for sure.

SO good!! And SO easy!!! Will be adding these to my rotation. My husband loved them as well (he's Mexican and kinda picky about his enchiladas!). I added salsa to the stuffing, as well as a can of green chilis and black beans. Next time I'm going to use verde sauce instead of salsa.

these are fabulous! i used more cilantro than it called for and it gave them a wonderful fresh taste! i've already made them twice.

Very tasty! I found I had more chicken mixture than I had room for in my baking dish... I ended up making 5 and even had enough mixture (but no room) for a 6th!

When I went to make dinner, I didn't have the wraps so I threw shredded lettuce in a bowl with some Tostitos chips and had Taco salad! It was very good!

My family loved it and it was so simple to make! I will definitely make it again. It made my Cinco De Mayo dinner special.

I used red enchilada sauce instead of the regular salsa. I think adding black beans to the sour cream chicken mix would add a bit more flavor. Overall, this was a good dish.

i used corn tortillas in place of flour and it was very good we loved it.
