Very Good!!! I went with some other suggestions and added cream cheese and green chilies and some green onion to mine. Makes a lot- great if you are only cooking for two and like to have leftovers to take for work - still great warmed up!
This is one like I have made, but mine is in a casserole type. I add cream of chicken soup, not mixed with water, to the chicken and sour cream. roll up and line in a casserole dish and cover with the rest of the chicken mixture. It is great for anytime.
I actually made this with leftover turkey instead of chicken (great idea for after Thanksgiving!) and it was AMAZING! Just like something I order at this mexican restaurant by my house but better! It is a new favorite in our house!
Very Very Good!!! I added cream cheese, green chilies, half a taco seasoning packet & poured enchilada sauce over the whole thing before cooking. Thanks to all the suggestions from the other reviewers, everything turned out great. Leftovers were awesome too, maybe even better then the day it was made! I WILL make this again & again
These were soooo easy to make and my husband just loved them!
Very good! If you're lucky enough to have any leftovers, this is even better the second day.
This recipe was so good and I even added a little bit of my own touches. In the chicken sour cream mixture I added 1/2 cup of cream cheese and when you pour the remaining salsa over the enchiladas I also poured enchilada sauce over them as well. MMMMMM good. Thanks for your recipe it was great!!
