What You Need

cups chopped cooked chicken

1-1/4

cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided

1-1/2

cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided

Tbsp. chopped cilantro

tsp. ground cumin

flour tortillas (6 inch)

cup shredded lettuce

tomato, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE chicken, 1 cup each sour cream and cheese, 1/4 cup salsa, cilantro and cumin.

SPOON about 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining salsa. Cover.

BAKE 30 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining sour cream.

How to Shred Lettuce

Stack several washed and dried lettuce leaves on top of one another. Roll up the stack of leaves to form a cylinder. Slice the cylinder crosswise at 1/4-to 1/2-inch intervals to form long shreds.

I really like this recipe, it was fun and easy. The left overs warmed up very well.

This is very good! Made it with refried beans and spanish rice as sides and it was great. Next time I would use a little less cilantro though. I also used shredded taco cheese instead of the colby and montery jack to give it a little kick. Will definately make it again! Very easy as well.

Excellent recipe! Very good. Not a big salsa person, so used 1/4 cup to cook in and added chicken broth/cream chicken soup to make up difference. Tasted just right to me - not as salsa tasting as i thought it would be. Perfect!

Delicious, didn't make quite as much as it says, but maybe I just filled the tortillas too full.

I made this along with the rice and corn casserole and my kids and i loved it. I will definately make it again, and I will recommend it to my friends.

recipe came out good... but i think it's missing a little something, can't figure out what should be added for more flavor. but considering how easy they were, i will probably make again.

Oh my gosh !!! Love love love this recipe. My daughters and I share trying new recipes and we all agree that this is a keeper. Try it if you like sour cream !!!!! Will be making this often. I left out the cilantro and used low fat sour cream.
