I loved this recipe! I don't normally like anything with hot sauce, but it added just the right amount of flavor. I might try substituting diced tomatoes next time, but the flavor was awesome!

My husband is a meat & potatoes kind of man. He has never liked the rice dishes I have prepared, until now. He loved it!! He even asked for seconds!

This was a very easy low fat recipe to put together. I tweeked the recipe a little bit by using diced tomatoes with jalapeno's instead of stewed tomatoes. I will be making this again...

We loved it! I cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces, but everything else was great. I'll definitely make this again.

Super easy & super tasty! I substituted one can of stewed tomatoes with (2) cans of 10 oz. Rotel and didn't use the pepper sauce. Although the recipe calls for 1/2 cup sausage, I added a whole cup. Super great - a bit spicy! Will absolutely make again!

very easy to make - and it was nice having a dish with a meat we don't usually fix.

I just made this dish for the first time. It was quick and easy & my family thought was fantastic. I embellished the recipe somewhat by using 2 cans of RO*TEL instead of stewed tomatores. I also added 1/2 cup of corn. On the advice of another user I added canned black beans. This was a spicey dish but delicious! Will definitely put it on "regular rotation".
