all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

This salad is so crunchy and wonderful. I use different dressings and it doesn't last very long at the dinner table and so I always make a double receipe.

This was an easy to make dish. My family congradulated me on a job well done. Little did they know that I got the recipe from Krafts. hehehe!!!!!

This salad was a nice change of pace for me, but the two kids did not like it - they thought all of these vegetables should be cooked!

Quick & easy! Nice change of pace from the standard tossed salad. I used lite italian dressing instead of the red wine vinagrette, & it was wonderful!

This salad was very good and my dinner guests loved it. However, the Red Wine Vinnegrette gave the Zucchini a pink hue I didn't care for.

Wonderful recipe! I also included tomatoes. It's even better without the lettuce. I plan to try more variations of this recipe.
