Our family also adds onion and bow tie pasta. Everyone loves it!

We loved this! The vinaigrette is delicious. I did not use carrots or zucchini instead I used cucumbers and red onion. It was very good that way. I also only chilled it for about 30 minutes and that was plenty. I can't wait to take this to a cook out.

This is a good way to get the family to eat their veggies, also you can add what ever you want to it. I made it for a bbq. and it was one of the first things to go. every one loved it! and they thought I was amazing for making it......

I am awaiting the chance to make and test the salad. I rated it by what goes into it and by the way it looks on screen.

I'm sure this would be a delightful salad, because of the nutritional value it gives. All these ingredients are vegetables I enjoy.

My family loves this recipe. Easy and a great way to get them to eat veggies. Use whatever veg you have on hand Try using the one veg they think they don't like. I have even added left over potatoes.

I love salads without greens sometimes just for a change. This one looks like it will be great. Will make it this week end.
