Very quick and easy, tastes excellent. The second time I made it, I did chicken instead, and then used chicken broth. I also added a little garlic, it was delicious!

Very nice, and so fast. I used brown rice, 2 cans tomatoes (1 was fire roasted), 3/4 cup organic beef broth, and some garlic salt. Nice comforting dish on a cold night.

this is my third time making this, and second time posting a review, this time I added glory foods beef cooking base, and instead of parmesan cheese i served the mixture over cornbread and sprinkled cheddar cheese on top, it's delicious

The ingredients do not go well together, for some reason. Maybe we did something wrong, but I thought it was just terrible. The parmesan cheese is a bad idea. Sorry! maybe we'll tweak it next time. Not sure I want to risk it though.

This was pretty good, I tweaked it to use what I had on hand and what my family likes, but the base reciped is good.

I added garlic powder and used brown rice instead of white rice. My husband LOVED it!

I took other's suggestions like adding green peppers, pepper, and garlic salt when cooking it. I also used italian diced tomatoes to add flavor as well. Will need to make half the recipe next time because I am only cooking for 2. Good!!

A new favorite!! So delicious! I put in peppers and tomatoes! It tasted like a stuffed pepper!! Sooo goood!!
