I omitted the mixed veggies and used 2 cans of beef broth and 2 cans of italian diced tomatoes. It was great!! Kids came back for more!!

Light, easy and delicious. I added garlic salt, pepper to the meat. I also used diced tomatoes with green chilies. Added spice and it was all I had. The hubby loved it the kids not huge fans.

Loved this one! I did add garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to the ground beef as I was browning it for more flavor

Very bland, even with lots of extra parmesan cheese. We're not wasteful, so we ate it. But, it surely was not because we wanted to.

This was super easy to make but it was lacking in flavor. It did taste better for leftovers though.

My kids and husband loved this recipe...I didn't have beef broth, so I used chicken broth instead. I also didn't have parmesan cheese...so I melted slices of provolone on top of it...yummy!!!

Recipe is good, but does need spice. I added a little chili pepper to it for taste. Would make it again for a easy dinner.

We didn't care for this. Too much rice, not enough spice. Very bland. I added minced garlic, salt and pepper but it still didn't have enough taste. We ended up topping it with salsa to give it some taste.
