I made this the night before and put half rustic Italian and half creamy balsamic dressing in it. I also added hard salami. It was great!

My husband and dinner guests loved this recipe. It was tasty! Straining the dressing is a big must otherwise all you taste is dressing. we used zesty italian in substitute of the seven seas because it's what i had on hand. This is aa nice salad alternative and so effortless.

I made this as an appetizer for a birthday party. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I did what one reviewer said and left the tomatoes out until I served it. I also put in some chic peas. I plated it on a bed of crispy romaine lettuce and sprinkled some feta cheese and cracked black pepper. The taste and presentation were fantastic.

made this for a BBQ, people seemed to enjoy it but i didnt. something was not right, not sure what but it seemed flavorless to me and kind of soggy even after following all directions. Not a keeper in my recipe box!

Made this for work. Added a bag of tri-color cheese tortellini, forgot the black olives. It was a hit, everyone loved it.
