I made this recipe into a pasta salad by adding 1/2 box of thin spaghetti noodles. Also, I substituted banana pepper pieces for the pepperoncini peppers, which was good as well. I brought it to a potluck "salad-themed" dinner, and it was completely gone! Got a lot of compliments!

I made this recipe for Super Bowl Sunday 2008. It was eatin' up like crazy. I even sent some with my parents that almost didn't last the car ride home. It has great flavor and so simply to make.

So quick & easy to make and received rave reviews from guests when brought to a party. Gets better with age so leftovers (if any)can be enjoyed the next day. I will make this many times over.
