Best antipasto on the website! Don't need a holiday to make this. Love it over lettuce as a salad too.

I made this for a Bachelorette Party, so I had to double the batch . . . 2 bottles of dressing was a little much, but other than that, everyone loved it. It's a very simple, yet yummy antipasto recipe.

I substituted hearts of palm for the peppercinis. I made a huge batch for a party and it lasted a long time. Overall, easy and very good.

Made this for a barbeque and it was a big hit. I didn't use artichoke hearts and I added a package of cheese tortellini. It turned out very well!

Very good! Easy to prepare and my guests loved the flavor. Used grape tomatoes instead of cut up cherry tomatoes so the juice didn't dilute the dressing. Will make again.

Very easy to make, and very tasty. I made this for New Years Day dinner and all 12 family members (all Italian-American) loved this.

I liked it very much. Maybe I wouldn't add as much dressing. Also, add tomatoes right before serving.
