If available, I'd rather use the parmesan cheese that isn't grated; the cheese looks like coconut pieces. It becomes a crustier coating and is eye appealing as well. A great recipe

Loved this recipe. I make my own Italian dressing mix so it had no salt and no sugar. This is a keeper.

This was the BEST chicken I've had in a long time! And so easy to make too. It had great flavor and was real tender. I am definitely going to be making this again!

i enjoyed it tasted great but it dint look like the picture did. i read some reviews that said to leave 40 minutes. next time ill leave it in longer

So simple and so delicious. I substituted red chili flakes for the garlic so it was a little spicy. Everyone loved it. I served with mashed potatoes and veggies, but it would be great chopped into a salad too.
