Fantastic, easy to make and stays moist and is so flavorful. Highly recommend. Husband dipped his in ranch said it was just amazing with the ranch flavor too. Only thing is I greatly recommend using the meat thermometer our chicken was a little thick so it took a little longer to cook. Broil at the end gives a gorgeous golden color to it with out drying it out.

Made this recipe for a family of very picky eaters who do not usually try new things and they loved it. I cut the chicken into strips though and made it along with some butter & herb potatoes. It was delicious!

I also subbed the chicken for fish. Try it with tilapia or salmon, moisten with an egg wash. ( egg beaters )

If available, I'd rather use the parmesan cheese that isn't grated; the cheese looks like coconut pieces. It becomes a crustier coating and is eye appealing as well. A great recipe

Loved this recipe. I make my own Italian dressing mix so it had no salt and no sugar. This is a keeper.
