This was an easy, economical and delicious chicken receipe to cook and enjoy! Coupled with the zippy mashed potatoes and a salad, who could ask for a more rounded meal. I loved it!

My boyfriend said this was the best meal I ever made. The coating was a little bit pale when I took the chicken out of the oven, and since my broiler doens't work, I put the chicken in a frying pan with olive oil to brown it slightly. Try this recipe! You won't regret it.

The chicken did turn out slightly dry, but I served it with an Italian salad and the 'Penne with Sun-dried Tomato Sauce' on the side (another Kraft recipe on this website.) They compliment each other wonderfully.
