It was a big hit at a party I had. Very yummy. I used red pepper, tomatoes, green olives, broccoli, and cheese. The recipe is so versatile you can add any veggies you like. I also made it again with reduced fat crescent rolls and reduced fat cream cheese to make it healthier. Still just as good!

I made this for a Christmas party and it was gone in seconds!! I will definitely make again. I made it with crescent rolls which was quite easy since they sell it without being pre-sliced now. Yummy!!

Easy to make and great for a casual snack/appetizer. I love making it for book club meetings/movie nights/etc.

I also made this for a company potluck and everybody loved it! I used a variety of peppers in addition to the other veggies to add color and omitted the olives. I also added cauliflower. Anyway, several people asked me for the recipe :)

This was soooooo good! My 8 year old made this with no trouble. We were working on how to use a knife and she got a lot of practice (you can buy the veggies pre-cut if you prefer). It tastes even better when allowed to sit in the refridgerater over-night. We will eat this often!!!

This recipe is a success it is delicious and colorful and with some imagination can be changed for variety. I have used chopped radish and artichoke hearts and omitted broccoli which can be tough.

I tried this recipe after having something similar at a party. This is a wonderful recipe and will be making it again and again!
