Cool Veggie Pizza Appetizer

Crisp and crunchy veggies in a tangy, creamy spread top a flaky crescent-roll crust in this 5-star "pizza" that's just right for parties or potlucks.

What You Need

cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

tsp. dill weed

1/2

tsp. onion salt

cup broccoli florets

cup chopped green pepper

cup chopped seeded tomato

1/2

cup sliced pitted black olives (optional)

1/4

cup chopped onion

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Press onto bottom and up side of 15x10x1-inch baking pan to form crust.

BAKE 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown; cool.

MIX cream cheese, dressing, dill and onion salt until well blended. Spread over crust; top with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.

I also used half cream cheese, and added same amount of ranch veggie dip. SO GOOD! Added all the veggies I wanted. Also put cheddar and motzerella shredded cheese.

I made this for a reception & it was devoured. I was asked to make again. I did change the spread. I added cream cheese,mayo not Mircle Whip spread,and sourcream. I also added more dill and minced garlic,black pepper and a smige of salt. I then topped it with Kraft shredded Itatian Cheese.

I make this every summer! everyone asks for it at cook outs and potlucks! It is one the kids will eat! I top mine with shredded cheddar cheese! I'm part mouse everything is better with cheese! Enjoy!

i have made a similar version of this with my friend. though instead of the cream cheese mixture we used an 8oz thing of cream cheese and mixed that with a little less than an equal amount of veggie dip (dill). this made it a lot easier to make and it turned out awesome! great recipe.

Great recipe for veggie pizza. When I put this out at a party it was gone right away!
