I have used this recipe for about six years and I have ALWAYS gotten rave reviews/comments/requests for this recipe. Once at an office function I brought this home cooked cheesecake and another person brought the Kraft Philadelphia Cheesecake store bought and no one touched the store bought!!! It's quick, it's easy and it's always GOOD!

This is the only cheesecake I will make! It is super easy, but since it is baked it has the taste and texture of a "real" cheesecake. Excellent with fruit toppings. Try cherry and blueberry pie filling mixed together on top - yummy!
