PHILADELPHIA 3-Step Cheesecake

I made this for my Dad's birthday, and everyone LOVED it! Better than any other recipe I have ever tried, hands down...I goofed when purchasing the crust, got the large one, so I had to add an extra 6 ozs of cream cheese and another egg. To sweeten it up a bit more, I also added 2 T. brown sugar. I will not be looking for another recipe to try, I have found the BEST!!

I've made this recipie dozens of times and always turns out WONDERFUL!! Very simple and delicious and EXTREAMLY easy to prepare. Why spend hours on a complicated recipie when you can have the same taste with a much simpler recipie. The only thing i vary is i give generous "pouring" of the vanilla instead of just the 1/2 tsp.

I have been baking this cheesecake for years now, everytime there is an occasion, they ask for this....I have turned non-eating cheescake people into loving cheesecake. I try different cheesecake recipes but this one is the most requested.
