The chunks of cookie dough need to be big. I put in smaller chunks and the cheesecake was really thin!

Excellent cheescake. Refrigerated for only 3 hours and it was perfect. Next time I will use a little less cookie dough on top for a more creamier texture.

I love cookie dough cheesecake! here are some ideas on how to make this even better, try using other flavors of dough like peanut butter, try adding chocolate chips to the batter, try giving it a chocolate glaze,try a oreo crust with chocolate dough.

I didn't drop the cookie dough in by heaping teaspoons, instead I broke up the pieces into smaller ones, therefore every bite is filled with cheesecake and cookie. YUMMY!!!!!
