This was a rich and creamy cheesecake, although, i would definitely add more cookie dough next time. Also, I am a chocolate lover and I added five small bars of melted Bakers semi-sweet chocolate to the mix and it was great

Yummy! I used a chocolate crust instead of plain graham cracker. I also increased the amount of cookie dough. I have made this recipe twice for groups of people and everyone always loves it. I plan to make this again.

I had leftover cookie dough, and this recipe caught my eye, so I tried it. Excellent! Very easy, and wonderfully rich.

Delicious! However, I made my own crust in a larger pan so my cheesecake is really thin! I'll have to double the recipe next time. :-)

This was a quick and easy recipe, which was well-liked by all who tried it at the family functions I brought it to. In fact, our daughter has made a special request for it for her wedding reception in May! (I'll be choosing other flavors from your selection to make as well!) Thanks for the simplified versions!
