Alterations Needed: Crust should be oreo cookie, plain cookie or pre-made cookie crust-NOT Graham. Even out semi-sweet chocolate chips flavor by increasing sugar from 1/2 cup to 3/4 sugar. Smooth out batter by adding 1/3 cup of sour cream. Then its delicious!
I make cheesecakes of all kinds and this is one of my favourites. Its not your typical cheesecake but its a great recipe if you need "fast and easy". So delicious!
this was a great recipe!! i didnt use as many choc chips but it was amazing!! thats my picture of the big one with the 2 smaller ones :) i used the 9 inch dish and it had just a bit left over, perfect for the mini pie crusts. big holiday hit at my house!!
when I made this the store was out of the mini chips so I used the regular ones. I dont recomend it cuz it was too much chocolate. But my neice loved it and took all the leftovers
Try using an Oreo crust instead of the graham for even more chocolate flavor! Works great!
My husband made this for my birthday few years ago. I love this cheesecake the most.
I hate to say this..but..I thought this cheesecake was awful. I love cheesecakes, and I love baking them just as much. I brough this to work and was actually embarresed at how bad it tasted compared to the recipe I usually use (philedelphia new york cheesecake).
Made this recipe many times but I did change one thing. I use chocolate crust instead of graham.
This was pretty good. It wasn't as rich as I had hoped, but still a good cheesecake. I am a chocolate lover and would've added more chocolate chips. A lot of reviews said they thought it was too many, but I would've added more.
Absolutely love this recipe.. For any peanut butter lovers out there, I added peaunut butter chips as well and it was delicious!
