Delicious! Three out of the four of us thought it was fantastic. The fourth didn't like it as much, but she doesn't really like cheese, so that's probably why. I'm not a soup person, and I thought it was amazing. I'm taking it for lunch tomorrow! I added a LOT of extra cilantro, because I like cilantro so much. I made corn muffins on the side and served it with a salad. Very filling and satisfying. Will definitely be making this many more times!

The recipe looked great on paper. I love all of the ingredients but they didn't work together. I didn't enjoy this soup at all. I don't think the fajita seasoning works with the recipe. The combination of cheeses is also questionable.

Very Cheesy and I didn't use low sodium Chicken broth and it was WAY TO SALTY! Still the recipe was great just remeber to use low sodium broth :)

I could not find taco bell fajita seasoning, so used their taco seasoning. Would try the chipota seasoning next time. Would probably try leaving out the cream cheese. Might even try Velveeta's mexican cheese next time but a fun recipe. Very rich.

Wowwee!! I loved this soup. I didn't change anything about the recipe and I found it very creamy and smooth, not too think and I was worried about the green peppers but I love them!!! Will certainly make this again!! Yummy!

I thought this soup was excellent. I did, however, substitute the cream cheese for low-fat sour cream instead. I also used half of the cilantro it called for because that is all I had in stock. This soup is company worthy!

This soup is delicious and so easy to make!!! Didn't change a thing in the recipe. I will make this again and I wouldn't be ashamed to serve it to company. It's great!

I changed some of ingredents in this soup to suit my diet: fat free cream cheese, fat free shredded cheddar instead of Velveeta. It has a great flavor and is delicious as a diet food.
