I think I will use less Velveta next time. The amount in the recipe was overwhelming the rest of the flavors. Otherwise my husband and I loved the soup. For variety add a can of drained cannelli beans.

Very tasty soup with a lot of zest...goes well with baked pita bread as tortilla chips served with salsa

Try this one if you like Mexican or spicy foods! We really enjoyed it. I made cornbread with it and they went together well.

This was very good! I didn't have cilantro so I added parsley and it turned out delicious. Like some of the others suggested I used the mexican velveeta and serve with tortilla chips. We will make this a regular winter dinner. Thanks Kraft!!

This was absolutely delicious. I will definitely make again. I used the mexican style velveeta since I had it on hand and would probably do again. Spiced it up but not too much. Served with tortilla chips. Very easy - can't wait until it gets colder to make again. Nice to have something different than chili on a cold evening.

I liked this recipe, but there was something missing. I added a little jalepeno pepper for some extra flavor. I will make again however. My husband even ate a bowl!
