This dip is wonderful! It's gone within the first ten minutes. I would suggest using a name brand mayo as opposed to generic otherwise it comes out of the oven very greasy. My kids and hubby loves this dip! :)

Super easy and my "go to" party food. I even use light mayo and have no problems.

Delicious...I make this all the time. The best part is you can make it ahead of time.

Every time I prepare this dish, everyone raves about it and demands the recipe. It is super easy and fast to make and always goes over well at parties. My secret is I double the garlic to give it a little extra kick! This is my go-to appetizer for parties and pot-lucks!

I love this recipe, The first time I also noticed what appeared to be alot of oil on it. So I now use mircle whip instead of mayo. Tastes the same with out the oil on it.

Very good but came out watery, the juice looked greasey, can someone tell me if they think it was from the mayo or artichokes? I've made these type of dips before & never had this problem and I know how to squeeze out the jucies.
