This recipe is so simple. Tried both recommendations from the previous reviews. Both were good. I prefer it without the extra cream cheese, but it was still very good. I like to have it with shepard's bread or sourdough. Veggies are always good too. Yummy.

I added 8 oz. of Philedelphia creme cheese, it was the perfect addition for creaminess and tastiness!!

It was very easy to assemble and VERY delicious. We added the onions to the mixture and did not add the onion or tomatoes to the top. We definately will make it again. We served it with Fritos.

I love this recipe and make it frequently....sometimes this is what we eat for dinner with wheat thins...dont laugh...it's just that good, and also filling....I add cayenne pepper to it for a wonderful bite and a bit of color on top...(omitting the tomatoes and onions of course)

I made the dip for Christmas Day prior to dinner. I actually forgot the onions. I had added Lawry's garlic salt sprinkled tomatoes on the top as directed. This was an excellent choice as the family couldn't get enough. This group is picky I might add. This is very tasty....
