Awesome and easy! I didn't use the tomatoes--very, very good. Something to whip up for unexpected quests. I now keep a can of artichokes on hand. The other ingredients I almost always have.

Unbelievable! I even used fat free mayo and cut the fat out and it tasted wonderful. My dinner party raved about it, I gave out the recipe, and I made it again for the holidays.

My daughter brought this receipe to a family get together and it received rave reviews. She added chopped shrimp because we are all seafood lovers. I will definately service this again.
