I found this recipe 4 years ago. I prepared for a party I had at my house and everyone has been requesting ever since. I like to add extra roma tomatoes and green onions.

A huge hit last Thanksgiving, this year I am on a low carb diet and looking for appetizers to serve I found this again and was thrilled to see I can have it!!!!

Very good. I added extra cheese and some chopped onion before cooking. Defintely will fix again!!

Easy to assemble, a good recipe for small helpers. I like to add a small can of chopped mild green chili, juice and all, mix and place in the fridge overnight to blend flavors. Another plus, this recipe can be tripled for large gatherings, just bake in a 9x13 pan.

Fantastic dip. The 1st time I made it was for my daughter's wedding rehersal dinner in 1998. Everybody loved it.
