This was very easy to make and so delicious. I had prepared it twice in one day because my family enjoyed it so much.

Fabulous hit at a birthday party! Even the kids liked it. I had wheat thins, but alot of people liked it better with tortilla chips better. Just used a smidge more mayo, and an extra clove of garlic. Fantastic!!!

All the people at my daughter's birthday party loved this recipe. I did add 10 oz of chopped spinach and a little less mayo and cheese than called for to increase nutrition and reduce fat. Next time I may add chopped water chesnuts for a little crunch but no change in flavor.

I have made this dip several times, and it always disappears quickly. I have altered the recipe to be 2 cans artichoke hearts with the package of spinach, (omit the tomatoes and onion)and put it all in a small crock-pot on warm. It works well this way at a pot-luck or at work.

This is a great recipe; however, I don't think it needs the addition of the tomato and onion, even just sprinkled on top. I have added pimento (drained really well) to add color at the holidays. To the person who used half miracle whip...well, I think that is the problem, it's too tart, why would anyone use it in this anyway? Calls for all mayo.

This recipe is better than Hard Rock Cafe, Appleby's, TGIF, Planet Hollywood, and Olive Garden COMBINED!!! (And I've tried them all). Excellent hot artichoke dip! THE BEST!!!

I made this for a family event and it was gone within the first hour that it was out. Everyone loved this and wanted the recipe so they could make it! I will definitely make this again!
