I have made this several times, I do not put tomatoes on top. It is a hit every time I will continue to make this for parties or a snack.

Made this dip for the Super Bowl and it was gone before halftime! Everyone loved it! I served it was slices of baguette bread, torilla chips, and crackers. It tasted great with all of them. I have made this dip several times since then and it always goes fast. I will say that I increased the garlic to 2 tsp. for better flavor.

I substituted sundried tomatoes and added ground pepper---it was a total hit and is so quick and easy to make. Serve hot or cold it is always the first appetizer finished off

I added a little ground red pepper and it was delicious. When I use artichokes, I want to be able to taste them and this recipe was perfect!!

I made this dip for a Superbowl party and the first dish never made it out the house. After feeling guilty I made two more dishes. They was a huge sucess. Can't wait for the next party to make again.

I didn't use the tomatoes or the onions. But it must have turned out good because my family ate the entire pan of it.

This was very good, but mine was very oily. Will have to play with the recipe.
