This is wonderful. It tastes just like the restaurant artichoke dip appetizers you can get for much more money. I made it for a football game and it was gobbled up quick. Very good but keep it warm!

This was amazing!!! I added spinach to the dip and used cut up cherry tomatoes instead. So elegant and soooo good. It didn't last long at my home. Will absolutely keep this one.

This was tremendously good. My hubbie, who had never had artichokes, turned up his nose when he saw me making it . . . but I assure you, he polished off the baking dish once it was done! I did use Kraft's light mayo and their reduced fat parmesan. (Hey -- every little bit helps!) I don't think the integrity of the recipe was damaged! :)

This was so easy to make and I don't like to cook. It was a big hit at a party I brought it to. My husband can't wait till I make it again.

Maybe you just have to have a taste for artichokes. It was not real good hot. A little better after it had been in the fridge for a day.

Our Thursday cooking club made this, we were just about to set it into the oven and realized - it looked bland. So we added a box of thawed frozen spinach and salt and pepper to taste - it was awesome!!! We ate so much we barely had room for dinner. I would absolutely make it again and again!
