There was a time when this amazing dip, in all its hot Parmesan and artichoke goodness, hadn’t been invented. Glad we don’t live in that time.

This dip is fabulous. My whole family really enjoyed it. I will make it again. It really looks as though it takes a lot of preparation, but is is so easy !

This dip is SO GOOD. My only recommendation would be to use light mayo so it's not so oily. I have also made it with spinach and it is really good, but tastes quite a bit different.

I'm probably the only person that didn't like this recipe based on the stars it has received, but it was really awful. My husband didn't really like it either. I used half mayo and half miracle whip, I don't think that was the problem but I know I will not be making this again.

I brought this dip to a super bowl party and it was the first thing that we ran out of! People kept asking who brought it to the party and where we got the recipe! It was a HUGE hit!

The recipe is awesome. I always add the spinach so that it is spinach and artichoke dip.

This recipe rocks! I don't add the pimentos or onions though- just because I have young kids and they're not into red stuff or things that crunch. I also added a little less mayo. Other then that it's awesome. I also divide the recipe into 3-4 smaller containers and heat it as needed for afternoon snacks. It's perfect! My husband loves it as do the kids (ages 2 & 5). I serve mine with tortilla chips, or sometimes those pita chips. It's awesome!

Unfortunately, there was a lot of food at our family gathering so not everyone was adventurous enough to try it. My husband was scared of it knowing that it had artichokes in it, but once he tried it, he couldn't get enough! I loved it too. I agree that it is a very small batch.

This recipe is soooo yummy. I added about 1/2 cup chopped spinach and it was even better!

Always a crowd pleaser. It's pretty greasy as instructed, though. I cut the mayo in half and it's just about right.
