It may be quick but it certainly wasn't my favorite dish that I've made ...
We spent the entire day at the pool so needless to say we were all very hungry and didn't want anything too heavy to eat when we got home. I decided to try out this recipe. It was GREAT! I added a little Zesty Italian dressing and it gave it an extra kick. My niece and 3 kids ( ages 1.5-8) asked for seconds and even thirds. They are all picky eaters too. I will definitely be adding this to our weekly rotation.
This recipe is a keeper! My husband and toddler absolutely loved it...Plus it's quick and easy to make.
It was excellent although we added some seasoning. The parmesan and olive oil by themselves were a little bland for our family. I also substituted the chicken strips for parts of rotiseree chicken diced.
I used frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts and seasoned it with Italian Seasoning;Garlic;Pepper and Salt. The chicken was a little dry, but still good.
Husband loved it. I thought it was lacking but I didn't have much parm. cheese. Don't do what I did, cook the chicken in red wine vinegar dressing, the chicken gets colored pink!
my sister made this recipe and it was wonderful. She sub. the broccoli for peas and pasta for Rotini pasta, and used veg oil instead of olive oil, only because our family has picky eaters and she omitted the tomatoes. It was excellent!
I loved this recipe it was awesome! My husband ate three bowls in one sitting and he never eats healthy!! It is great for a quick meal and for leftovers of there are any!
This recipe is one of the best things that I have ever had! I really recomend this for houses with teens, and when company comes over. I am personally very picky about noodles, but this is great!
Whipped this up on "soccer practice night" and my hungry dad and brother loved it. I did add some Italian Esscense spices and a bit of Light Italian dressing which worked great.
