I have a very 'picky' family. I am always looking for recipies that are quick and easy to fix and ones that they will enjoy. This recipie met all the above. It was easy to prepare and they liked it. That alone is reason enough to fix it again. But it was also prepared with ingredients that were able to fit a budget, a factor for mom. This gets high ratings!
