This was good...omitted the scallion for chopped fresh basil and added some fresh minced garlic for a more robust Italian flavor. We love Bruschetta! You can add all kinds of things to make it to your favorite flavors. Love your recipes! Keep em' coming!

Made this for my Mother-In-Law's surprise party and it was a huge hit. I put some fresh garlic in it and used low fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

This recipe is wonderful!!! I have actually made it a number of time because I love it soooo much. I take it to all of the family gatherings and it's a big hit. It never sticks around for very long!! Very refreshing and delicious!!

I also made a strawberry one thinking the kids would chose it over the tomato but that didn't happen. This went very quick. It was delicious!

I had been craving bruchetta for a week and found this recipie. I used Kraft's Roasted Red Pepper dressing because I had it for another recipe, and it was great. I cut the recipe down for just me & my husband, but I think we could have eated 12 pieces per person. It was delicious!
