I used green onion instead of chives, I baked it for a bit longer than suggested in the recipe, and I topped it off with some extra cheddar cheese sprinkled on top, which I allowed to melt before serving it with corn on the cob and grilled steak...whatta meal! I'll definitely make these again!

Put sour cream mixture on top with sprinkled Colby Cheese, put a little chili on the bottom before I put the mixture back in...otherwise I made it as this recipie calls, I'd like to try it without the chili, but still the same, my family loved it... My son loved it the most, I WILL make again!...

I also stuffed one of my potatoes with ground beef & chicken stuffing it was very tasty.

I also added about 1/4 cup of sour cream to the potato mixture. It adds just a littlle more flavor.
