What You Need

can (7.5 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Tbsp. butter or margarine

eggs

1/3

cup milk

1/4

tsp. each Salt and pepper

oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

SEPARATE biscuits. Place on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate; press together to form crust. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned.

MEANWHILE, melt butter in medium skillet on low heat. Whisk eggs, milk and seasonings until well blended; pour into skillet. Cook until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set, stirring occasionally.

SPOON egg mixture into crust; top with bacon.

Quick, Easy, and Good! I wanted to try and make something different for breakfast with bacon and eggs included. This was great!

I added a bit of cheddar cheese into the egg mixture and on top I also put just a bit of green onion in it. It went over well with my picky eaters.

When my husband and I were dating he wanted to show my family that he could cook too. So, while visiting my parents we made this pie. It not only went over well, but my parents also called his parents to let them know that their son was a good cook. Since then we have made it several times and will probably make it several more.

This recipe isn't hard at all. Most of the ingredients I already had. And it didn't take long to make eaither!
