I noticed that a lot of reviewers have said that the crust is too thick. But, I personally, love tasting lots of the biscuit so it is perfect for me. I have made this twice already. It is not a gourmet recipe, but I am not a gourmet cook. This uses simple ingredients that I usually have on hand, was very easy and fast to prepare, tasted delicious, and was quite filling. Serve it with a glass of milk and some fresh fruit and you have a nice meal.
