What You Need

can (7.5 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Tbsp. butter or margarine

eggs

1/3

cup milk

1/4

tsp. each Salt and pepper

oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

SEPARATE biscuits. Place on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate; press together to form crust. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned.

MEANWHILE, melt butter in medium skillet on low heat. Whisk eggs, milk and seasonings until well blended; pour into skillet. Cook until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set, stirring occasionally.

SPOON egg mixture into crust; top with bacon.

I love this recipe!!! It is such a great breakfast dish, it's even good reheated later which I don't usually like to do with eggs.

I added ground turkey sausage in with the eggs to make it a little more 'hearty' - it tasted great. The recipe got a "Dude, that stuff is *good*!" recommendation from some jr. high boys, so I'm sure I'll hang on to it to make again.

A new family favorite! I did add some shredded chesse on top and a couple of extra pieces of bacon. The bicuits needed a little longer than directed since they had been pressed together.

I made this for a friends promotion celebration. He said it was all the best stuff for breakfast in one bite. I also loved the cream cheese to hold the eggs together. I'll use that tecnique again.

This was a delicious breakfast dish! I have made it several times. I love the cream cheese added to the eggs. I also used fresh bacon bits! Yum!

This recipe was delicious and so easy to make! My husband and I added chopped sausage links in the eggs instead of putting bacon on top. Yum!

So awesome. Entire family loved it, including 4 yr old son and husband who really aren't into eggs. Added sausage and salsa, we are in Texas after all!! My eleven month old daughter ate an entire piece!!! Will definately put in the repitoire of weekend breakfasts. Just great!
