I made this for my family. Everyone loved but my husband who refuses to eat eggs. I 've made this a few times trying ham or sausage insted of the bacon. I've also put hashbrowns on the bottom them added the egg mixture Sprinkled it with cheese and served. They loved it!!

I made this for breakfast for my 16 year old stepson, his friend and my husband. I was so impressed when the teenagers loved it and asked for seconds! I used the Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits and noted that I'll make the crust thinner the next time so I can put more of an egg mixture in the crust. This was so easy and quick to make. I served it with sliced fresh strawberries, oranges, and bananas.

It was a nice change for breakfast. Very easy to make, and the cream cheese made the eggs awesome. I added crumbled sausage to the eggs and shredded cheese on top with the bacon and my son and husband loved it!
