Very tasty and super easy to make. Everyone loved it, it's best with tortilla chips.

This is a pretty bland version, it'll be too thick and not near enough flavor. Add a quarter to half cup of milk to thin it a bit and add some cooked crumbled sausage or chopped chicken, diced jalapenos, chopped cilantro or real salsa (not Rotel) if you want to amp up the flavor.

I don't need an excuse like a party or Super Bowl weekend to make this all for myself! I use the Hot Rotel, add a pound of browned ground beef, a whole brick of Philly, and a bunch of chopped jalapenos (with juice) until it's hot enough for me. I can practically feel my arteries hardening with each bite, but OMG still the best queso ever.

I have used this recipe for years. It is printed inside the lid of the cheese box. I very often add another can of Rotel, and a can of refried beans. YUM
