Velveeta cheese is too blah. The only way this tasted pretty good was to add lots and lots of shredded jack and cheddar (and some green salsa).

I add sausage (1/2 hot, 1/2 mild). I make it in a crockpot since we like it warm. A favorite for years in our family.

This Spicy Velvetta cheese is also good with one can of refried beans and a 15 ounce jar of Salsa - just mix and melt in microwave. Reheats nicely also.

MY FAMILY LOVES THIS DIP AND ESPECIALLY WHEN I ADD SAUSAGE TO IT. ANY FUNCTIONS THAT WE ATTEND WE ARE ALWAYS ASKED TO BRING THE CHEESE DIP WITH THE SAUSAGE ADDED.
