My first try at beef stroganoff so I wasn't sure of this recipe but it turned out delcious!!! A few minor adjustments though. First, I used beef stew meat and cut the pieces into smaller ones and marinated meat with Worcestershire sauce for about half hour. I added ahalf of can of cream of mushroom soup to thicken it up and consistency turned out just right! This is a keeper and easy to make.

It's pretty bland :S It was just filler, I'll probably add some cheese to the leftovers just so we can finish it up. Missing *something*, don't know what. Probably won't make again.

I marinated the beef stew meat in Worcestershire sauce for about a half hour then made the recipe as directed. It was delicious, my husband and 6yr old son both loved it as well. Already have plans to have it next week as well.
