i've never wanted to make stroganoff because it seemed to me to be difficult to make, but this recipe was so easy, and i'm really surprised how delicious it was. will definitely make again!

I usually use another stroganoff recipe, but I tried something new and it was so good! My family loved it. Anything that gets kids to eat veggies is worth it.

Very simple to make. Nice creamy sauce. I doubled the sauce amount because I love extra. Great leftovers, if there are any.

Yuk. Made this for the first time, but no mushrooms. We like all the ingredients seperately, but together - gross. Will not make again nor vary the recipe in any way.

I thought this was good... it ws very easy, and my picky son even asked for seconds. I wish I would have sone something to the meat to add some more flavor though.

Two thumbs up for this recipe. Both my husband and I love it. Like the comment below me, I also marinaded the beef with some Worchestershire sauce. It makes the beef more flavorful. I will definitely make this dish again. Delish!

I marinaded the meat first in Worcestershire and Soy sauce for a 1/2 hour. I also added for extra creamyness and less sour flavor of the sour cream, 3/4 C cream after I added the sour cream mixture and heated throughly. My husband said this was the best he's ever eaten (even better than mom's) and this was my first time making ANY kind of stroganoff, so it was GREAT to eat and a big ego boost for me!

WORKING MOM'S SHORTCUT: I have three kids and a full time job. I used pre-bought beef stew meat, and added a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce to the sauce mix. Everyone in my family loved it! It's easy, great flavor, and no complaints from anyone - what more could a mom ask for? :-)
