I had never made beef stroganoff before, but this dish is one of my husband's favorites so I decided to try this recipe. He loved it! I cooked the meat and veggies together. The sauce was creamy and flavorful. I will certainly make it again.

I substitute potatoes for the noodles. It might not be healthier but, my husband loves potatoes! I think it tastes better too!

Very good meal, I would probably not put in as much sour cream next time, kind of over powered it.

This meal was very easy to make, and my husband loved it. Next time I may use less sour cream; however, the next day this meal taste so much better. I did enjoy making this dish and look forward to making it in the near future.

I WOULD TRY GROUNDBEEF NEXT TIME TO MAKE IT GO FURTHER AND IN DOING SO SAVE ON MY BUDGET.

I thought it had too much sour cream in it...it was good at first but after a while the sour cream taste just overwhelmed it.

This was very easy to make. I made the entire recipe in about 40 minutes. With my stoganoff I like a little more zip to it. Next time I will increase the amount of sour cream and decrease the amount of water. The sauce was a little runnier than I like, but I will definately make it again. The leftovers were even good the next day.

It is really easy to make this recipie. I had never made Stroganoff from scratch before it is so easy why use a mix. I made it for company and they loved it.
