I made this twice and it was wonderful. Very rich flavor and different from traditional cheesecake.
I was surprised at how good this was, even with fat free cream cheese. Fun for St. Pat's Day and the family loved it!
My family loves this recipe. I made this recipe for a family gathering and now ever family gathering that I go to.. I am in charge of making this cheese cake.
I topped this recipie with a chocolate ganache sauce. The chocolate with the Irish Cream and nut crust was wonderful. I was told I out did myself with this recipie.
My whole family enjoyed this recipe. It tasted liked I had gone to the bakery and purchased it. I changed the recipe a little, I didn't have a spring form pan so I placed enough in a 9' pie pan and made another crust and poured the rest in it and continued the baking process.with two cheese cakes instead of one!!
