This recipe is wonderful! I made it as an appetizer for Thanksgiving and they were all gone! Everyone loved them! I plan on making them again for one of our Christmas get togethers!

My friend made these and every last one of them was gone in a matter of 15 minutes of being placed on the table! These are so yummy and you hardly taste the blue chese. My boyfriend loved these so much he made sure I got the recipe. If you love mushrooms, you'll love these!

I have to say if you like blue cheese you will love this one. Their even tastier once they have cooled down to room temperature.

Nobody liked this recipe and only one of them was eaten. They said the blue cheese was overpowering and was too strong of a taste, I would have to agree.

Delicious! Just a touch on the salty side. I would absolutely make these again - they were a huge hit at my dinner party!
